Proves that you dont really need 10s of thousands of dollars to make good commercial photographes.... u only need a thousand or two. :D
Used 20D, Ikea lighting.... thats about it!

thanks, what i did was... put my 20D on a tripod... had only a 50mm F1.8 at the time... set it at F7 aperature i believe. basically i had thin slice of orange held with my hand... betwenn a big lamp and the camera.... i wanted to have backlight for the slice of orange bedcause den it would sorta show all the detail of the orange's meat.... but i also had to put a lamp on the other side of the orange slice to fill in the light for the orange's skin or esle ti owould just be black...
in photoshop, i had to make the background completely white.... by having a lamp facingthe camera.. the background was alright pretty white with expsoer set on the darker orange slice , but it looked alot better when it was cmopletely white...
my explaining is poor... lol sorry.. hope u understood what i said.

I would clone out the little piece on the right. It also could use a little more sharpening and contrast. IMHO.
