A little bit of advice as where to go from here, I ordered a photobook @ mis september and they quoted 'up to 14 days' it's now the 16th of october and no book!

Checked the bank statement and i've benn charged for the product, so \i give them a call ( cant track online cos my email address that i ordered with wasnt accepted!) cant find my order number for some strange reason.

after doing searches on the phone with the women with my address, all my emails accounts. They still can't find my order! i get told the will send an email to the company dfealing with it and that can take up to 3 days to come back with the results.

Where do i go from here? As a service it's completely unaceptable!

how did you pay for the item? If you charged by credit card, here in the US you can cancel payment. Is it the same in the UK?

it was via credit card but it's gone through, paid on the 20 summit of september

Does your credit card provide an insurance service? You could maybe contact them and tell them your problem and try to recoup your money that way.

For info, I used www.myphotobook.co.uk earlier this year with very pleasing results

It's my understanfing it doesn't matter whether it's "gone through" or not. When you pay your credit card bill just don't pay for the amount in question and tell them why you are doing that. They charge it back to the vendor. Disclaimer: Not all credit cards or credit card laws are alike. Check with your credit card company for details:)

In the UK all credit card companies carry the same respnsibility as the vendor. I would contact your credit card company and get them to chase things up.

Right tesco phoned me today, they have found it was a system fault so they will start processing it from today. I then asked for a refund due to the lateness as it missed what the book was intended for, yet they believe they have fulfiled the service

Contact your credit card company and tell them that you received no service or product for the specific charge.

When the photo book arrives, refuse delivery.

Remain firm and calm going forward with both.

Did have some result but then let down again! got an email on th 20th saying it's been dispatched @ 7:50 am well it's now the monday after and no product still. they tell me now it can take up to 10 days for it to be delivered ( which is longer than i've had to wait for some items from china!) well for my trouble all i get back is 5 measly pounds.

Really dont advise using them ever

they should have gave you next day shipping since it was their internal error that caused you to wait a month for delivery. -1 for them... maybe send a feedback email to them and tell them that you are a frequent member of online photography forums, and have giving them a bad review with their CS.

That i have done, I used to do weekly shops with them now i refuse to.

All I can say is NO ONE USE THEM EVER!

the saga continues, 10 days after dispatch no book, call them and all they say is 'sorry' so im getting another 5£ back, 50% of original price refunded and other bok made and sent.

not sure why i need 2 books though
