I'm still new at photography, these were taken with an XSi and the kit lens (18-55 IS). Both were handheld, and the first shots I felt were decent enough to post on here. No PP, just cropping. Gallery doesn't retain EXIF on resizes, but the images link to the full picture w/ EXIF data if you were interested.

(Okay, this one is maybe stretching it for "Travel", but it was a fried oreo from the fair!)

Nice series. But first one really lacks colors. May be it's me, but I expect to see lot of colors at fairs.

May be a little PP wouldn't hurt.

mmmm, I love fried oreos! haven't had them since vegas this past july :-D

Those Oreos are the best, I wish I could find them more often. This year at the Fair they were even harder to find than usual (past few years so many booths were advertising it). But I didn't give up!

and funny, didn't even realize you're from az :-P I didn't go to the fair this past year...actually haven't gone in a long time.
but yeah, good of you to not give up. I love them. now I'm craving them :-P here's what I got in vegas (iphone pics)
