I was in my room a while ago and decided to do some product pictures.
Let me know what you think. They were taken with my 30D and 28-80mm set-up at ISO 3200.

I don't know if black and white works well here... the product kind of blends in with the background. Also, they're quite flat... low in contrast. It may just be the compression but the text on the bottle appears OOF/soft in the first one.

Both comps are nice; I prefer the first one. I also agree with Jim regarding the softness and the B&W. I'm not sure B&W is really as effective as color might be?

Thanks for the comments. I took some color but they didn't turn out very good. They were too grainy because of the high ISO. If I do it again I will use a tripod and a lower ISO.
Yes, I think it was a little OOF because I had it wide open because of the low lighting.
