Night Life?

Hey everybody. I am Kyle and new to the board. Im a senior in high school and this is my second year ever taking photography and I am also taking a photojournalism class. Anyhoo. Here is a shot I took a few weeks back. Please feel free to leave any advice to help improve this shot! Thanks!

It'd be awesome [more than it already is] to get that hand-rail out of the way. Maybe a little lower, maybe a little more tele?

How about moving a little to the left to get it out of the way and then cropping slightly?

Great shot though, I like the architechure.

Did you bracket? IMO overexposed it a bit.
