settings a75

just wondering what would be the best settings to use when taking pics with my a75 inside waterproof housing in the surf. I usually shoot in the "p" mode so that i can use the continuous shoot mode.
the other settings in question are the exp -2 ...+2 should i just leave this in the 0 postion?.......awb in auto?... iso speed auto ?...effect off?....focus to "spot".. "center weighted" or "evalutive".

That's not focus it's how the camera meters for light.
