Looks nice. I would have liked a little more of the fence in the foreground.

B&W tends to work well for photos with lots of texture... the foreground is good in that regard, but the midground blends into the background too seemlessly. The fence might be better high up to... towards if not at the line of thirds. Cheers, Tony

In my opinion the fence is a distracting element and is not a nice foreground for this landscape, I would remove it placing the camera closer to the fence and above it.
The result if the fence is removed is interesting because you have different layers of gray that make the viewer think about the light in the scene. A little less sky would also be good.
