Dads glasses are pretty foggy, so we can't see his eyes..I like the shot though.maybe a tad contrast to the faces? Cute.

How do you get the foggyness out?

Good shot. As said by Flo the dads glasses are foggy, and the frame on the mothers glasses is too sharp across her face / too far down her nose and are distracting.

maybe contrast the dads lenses some more.. it should bring some of the detail out.


looks good maybe a little on the bright side?(blown out) may be my computer though but thats also why you could be seeing the detail loss on the mothers face and the fog in the lenses

Mom's glasses are cutting through her eyes, which she is not going to find flattering. I like the pose in general thought! You might try boosting the contrast a little bit, taking your dodge tool set to 35% and whitening the whites of the eyes just a tad. Then darken the outer rim of the eyeball just a bit with your brush tool. Play with it..it's hard to explain, you just have to do! :) Also burn your edges down a little bit as it will bring more focus to the subjects.
