The flowers inside the water bubbles are PP? What lens did you use?

Thanks Linda, Bryce, Greg, andrikos and Betebete for the comments, much appreciated.

Betebete, they are early morning dew drops on grass with a flower placed behind them so that it appears in the dew drops. I then take several shots at different focus points to give me a greater DOF and use a program called combinezm to stack the images giving one in-focus image. They were all shot with Canons MPe-65 1x to x5 life size macro lens.
