Hello all! I have been asked to shoot a local high school football team and I was hoping to do some kind of "old school" look to the portraits and even the team photo. It would be fun to get the look out of the 1960's. Does anyone out there have experience in these type of shoots? Samples>>>>>>>>>>>????? Thanks!

Maybe desaturate the colors in post processing can give the shots the look of an old faded color print. B&W would be another choice.

First ask the coach what they want...you may want to do one thing, they might not. I see this in baseball a LOT - photogs wanting to do the old 50's poses and the players wanting to hit them with a bat. So make sure they want to do it first. Make sure you have time to do it as well.

Google is your friend - old football cards with sets of photos used back then...
