I cannot wait to photograph them tomorrow. They are very strange frogs and they were given to my boys. The mother told us after 7 years her son has lost interest. These frogs can live up to 20 years!

Cool, I had never heard of such a frog before. I had been wanting to get the boys a poison dart frog but that will have to wait a little bit. I also fell in love with a hedgehog at the pet shop but hubby said NO- sigh. He knows I would buy the entire pet shop if he did not set limits though..lol.
Back to the frogs, I did not know there were frogs that were completely aquatic! Really neat little guys and the claws - just wow. I still have not taken any pictures yet.

You need to try and keep the lens straight onto the glass and only photograph when the frogs are fairly close to the glass to help minimise distortions caused by the glass.

LOL, I think they would die if I do that ;). They are aquatic frogs, never coming up for air. Not to mention they have some pretty awful looking claws that look painful .

I would love a pacman and a poison dart frog. All I can say is you must be single since you have nobody telling you "NO" to all your cool critters!

Not a great picture and I should have cleaned the outside of the tank prior to shooting :o. But since I have been promising this I thought I would post it even though I could have gotten better. I will try again tomorrow and post it in the macro section.
