It's a cool shot. You might try...

1. Wider angle lens
2. Lower point of view (or any point of view beside typicall eye level)
3. Shooting a long-exposure of the same scene at dusk and night (with a tripod and remote release). If you don't have a remote release, use the timer feature on your camera.
