Hiji Falls - Okinawa, Japan -- 5 pictures @ 640*480

Hello everybody,

This is my first picture post here on the board!

I am new to the board and to the world of my Canon dSLR [Kiss Digital], but I am not new to the photography scene. I hope to learn alot from all of you on here, as well pick up a few tips and tricks along the way.

These shots were from the January timeframe in Okinawa, Japan at a place called Hiji Falls. It's about a mile hike through a lush rain-forest type environment until you get to the end to see a waterfall. However, I didn't include any of the waterfall -- just some along the way.

Please, do let me know what you think!

As soon as I get my computer back and get the internet hooked up, I will post more. I have alot of images that I would like to share with you all.

I'm only seeing red x's, Adam ... but I seem to have that problem on occasion on my home computer (don't know why). Perhaps I'll have to wait and see them at work on Monday.

Edit ... That's better - the link works. Nice shots ... something I never saw when I was there. I spent too much time feeling sorry for myself (one year unaccompanied tour with a wife, daughter and newborn son left behind) and too little time investigating the island.
