1D LCD Brightness

Hi guys,

I'd like to know from those of you guys who own a 1D how bright is your LCD ? I'm on my way to get a 2nd hand 1D, but I find that its LCD is quite dark. I currently own a 10D. Are they comparable ?

What was the LCD brightness setting of the 1D? I had my 10D display mostly on the lowest setting, the 1D lowest setting is roughly the same I think...

The 1D display isn't the brightest, but it has never been a problem in the field.

the brightness was set to maximum on the 1D and it wasn't a sunny day...

LCD brightness shouldn't be much of a problem as long as you can read histogram without struggling
