The second is best. I always love night photography. Why are the headlights blue?

At first i thought everyone in Toronto had HID's.... Photos look good.

It looks good, but I suppose there's a confusing point to it. I like the blue and red side-by-side like you have it, but anyone can still tell that it's cars on a highway. Why not take it a step further to make it less obvious what the picture is actually of.
So, I'm basically recommending that you crop the top half of the second photo off and play with it a bit. There's not too much at all going on for the top half, so why not get rid of it? Hopefully that made sense.

i get what you mean, i even tired it but the photo gets to blurry and the streaks become wavey since its sooo close. I didnt bring my 70-300mm,i had the kit lens 18-55mm

Nice shots. I think you should straighten the horizons though.
