Nikon SB-26 from UK.. compatibility issues?

Would a SB-26 from Europe/UK have compatibility issues with our equipment here? Kind of like the whole NTSC and PAL formats?

Even though I'd only be using it with PC Sync connection w/ my Cyber Syncs.

Haha.. I know that :P I was using it as an example.. in case there's something like that within the camera world as well.
