Hey gang,

Ok I come back from Florida and it's been about a week now, since my trip from Florida. I'm at the point where I can't find any thing to shoot at.

Yes I do know that Michigan is going threw some color changing for the fall and winter months with it's leaf's but that doesn't appeal to me in the slightest, and I want to be able to shoot some cool and dangerous stuff.

So what should I do? I would like to shoot this winter and all I'm going to be shooting is snowy landscapes which isn't a "Big deal" and not really my cup of tea for me.

And I want to keep enhancing my photo skills. Any tips and tricks?

1.Animals that can kill you in seconds.
2.Dangerous situations that can kill you.
3.Some landscapes but they will have to be special and not normal.
4.Cars but I suck shooting cars.
5.Jets, planes, crashes so on.

If you have any kind of lighting, you can always hone your portrait technique. That's what I plan on doing during the winter months.

Will portrait work for shooting nature and animals in general?

but I wouldn't feel right going to a high school to shoot a sports event "unless I've been paid to do so.

but I could do some action shots at the local r/c track even though the guy is a total dick head who owns the shop.

Try some macro stuff. When you start looking at the small world that's right under your nose, it's imagine that you ever missed it.

I'm going to do nudes in the snow this winter. Why don't you try that? :)

Anway, there's lots to shoot during the winter. Some of the most dramatic skies show up after a winter storm. Frost patterns, ice storms and frozen waterfalls make great subjects too.

If you don't want to get cold, try your hand at indoor still life images and experiment with lighting.

Shhhh.....don't spread that around. If they didn't think I was doing it for art, I'd never get any models.
