NEW HERE...

Well, looks like I'm the new kid on the block.

I bought the Digital Rebel about six months ago, and have since added a 70-300mm Quantary lens. I'm SO diggin' the digital SLR experience over the "point-n-shoot" experience.

There's a lot about this stuff that I don't know, so I'm sure I'll be a regular here...

Hi Steve. Welcome.

Don't let these guys scare you about L glass, the quality pays for itself. At least that is what I tell my wife. (Didn't work. See http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=58813 )

This is a great spot to learn. And a pretty good spot to get some good used equipment.
