Hi folks, visited Barcelona for the first time last week. What a wonderful city for photography. Much bigger city than I had imagined (I'm from the very far north of Scotland!) Did all the tourist trap locations with pleasure. Here's a small selection. All Canon 40D with either a Sigma 10-20mm or 24-70mm. C&C most welcome.

i see that you reveled in all things gaudi. i don't blame you though, as i did the same thing while studying abroad.

i cannot wait until sagrada familia is finished. i will have to make a trip back.

Thanks for all the comments and views. I probably took about 400+ shots in the 3 full days I was visiting. I'm just not used to cities these days (its been over 20 years since I last lived in one!!) and Barcelona seemed particularly photogenic to me. So much interesting old and modern architecture. Highly recommended.
