The EAA is holding their anual Copperstate Fly In at the Casa Grande (AZ) Muni this week.
I tracked down the gentleman who's wrangling photography and asked if he could use any help?
Lo and behold, he writes back and says YES... :shock:
So, I'll be volunteering my time as an aviation photographer (hey, it's a start...) and hopefully, I'll be able to bag some shots from "inside the ropes" as it were. :)

It's a relatively small get together.
I mean, we're not talking Oshkosh here (yet ;) ) but it should be a fun couple of days...

Sunrise = way too early and sunset was hard to come by since we were on a 5pm deadline each day:
