i stopped by the kart track on my way home from Monterey and tested out a 28-300 Canon zoom for an upcoming Supermoto race this weekend. here are some images.

I'm fairly certain that the turn being taken in your second image is exactly where I parked my rental car when NASCAR was there back in June... ;)

Next month at the Go Kart track at Infineon the AMA Supermoto series will have its final round of 2008. So for those of you who are into into motorcycle racing and want to see the best in the country race you should check this out. This track has a great viewing area and if you have fairly good gear you can get some pretty decent images.
