BMP to 3D-Model

I am looking for a freeware program which would allow me to convert BMP (or jpg, png, etc) to 3D-Models.

not sure you would be able to do it. a picture is 2d. The only thing you would be able to do is create a flat model. It would basically be a paper thin cutout with the texture of the picture on it. I don't think there is a program that makes 2d->3d that easily. I assume you mean taking a picture of a person and then automatically being able to put them in a videogame/ movie like toy story/shrek.
