The composition on these shots are horrible but just wanted to show anyway. C&C welcome and thanks for looking. The last guy was a bit camera shy and wouldn't show me his face.

Thanks for the kind words. We are in the beginning of our fall here as well but the critters are still active. I only get to go down to Costa Rica about a 10th of the year and when I was there last week it rained the entire time. Lift up some logs or rocks. It may help. I too am wondering what to do this winter.

Thanks Mike. I am lucky to have thousand of insects to photo........just need to learn how to photo them.........If anyone wants to visit Costa Rica I have a free place for them to stay and a free farmer/insect/wildlife expert to show them around. Just let me know and I can make it happen. Everyone is more than welcome.I can arrange free pickup at the airport in Golfito, Costarica and free lodging. Over 200 hectares of primary rain forest. All I ask is a small donation to the school in the town in which I support because of their lack of government funds. Transportation would be free as well. If interested, send me a private message for details. Isaac

Thanks Isaac for the invitation, that would be an awesome macro photo safari. I lived in Panama for about 6 years back in the 80's while in the military, and their jungles were just filled with all kind of creepy crawler.
