It's another laptop thread .
I've been thinking of getting a laptop for a long time, but have a few remaining questions.
First off, if I want connect my laptop to my CRT when I am editting photos at home, will I be able to calibrate the CRT through the laptop? The laptop is meant to replace my desktop. If I can't calibrate an external monitor I don't want a laptop.
Next, what is the top of the line laptop display? I have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to displays. There seem to be several different types and I don't really know the pros and cons. Which is the best type for displaying photos?
That's it. Maybe i'll come up with more questions later. Thanks for any advice.
