anybody know how big can we blow safely a 3.2 mega pixel in fine j-peg? is 11x14 pushing it?

I have printed a cropped shot from my S1 (3.2 mp) shot at highest quality setting to 8x10 with very good results. Good lighting, focus & ISO 50 helps I believe...
