I went to a shoot last night thinking that I was doing my normal team and individual sports pictures only to learn that they were expecting pictures for that basketball media guide.
This is for a small private/charter school of about 400 students.
This was their first time doing a media guide and the guy who hired me said that wanted T&Is. Live and learn I guess. We agreed to reschedule and shoot for the intended purpose.

Anyway I was wondering how you guys price for something like this. Since I'm not really selling to the parents but to the school instead should it be by the hour? What they want is players shot in uniform, team and individuals and players shot in dress suits, team and individuals. They also want posters of each player with action shot and posed. I would have to cut out the players with a clipping path (Photoshop) and merge up to three images for the poster. These would be large enough to display in the gym.
I have no idea how to price this out so any suggestions from someone who has actually done this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
