I took this pic of myself and played with it just a little for fun.
Nothing special in the least, but thought I would post it.

I want to learn to take pictures that are classy of friends and family in the future so this forum is awesome for looking at different styles.

Yep That is my Rotti Gypsy. She is only 2 and a bit years but shes pretty big.

Thank you guys so much.I wish I didnt have to resort to trying to photograph a human face by turning a camera around and taking a picture though, lol.
Im learning to use photoshop so thats what I used the pic for mainly.

Nice work. :) How many eararings do you have? I noticed it looks like you have a bunch. I have 8 on the L side and 2 on the R.

I have 2 cartialage, the rook and 3 lobe on the left and 1 catilage, the tragus and 4 on the lobe on the right ear.
I love body piercings and love lots but none are really visable for the sake of where I work it is not allowed. (BTW Love your Pittie pic) :D

NICE :) I love piercings too, as well as tattoos. Along with my 10 piercings (all in the ear) I have 9 tattoos. Do you have any. I have always wanted to get my tongue pierced too but to be honest with you..... I'M SCARED :( :lol:

THanks so much! I dont have any other human ones really other than the ones I have of myself. But I really just hold the camera out iwth one hand and snap. Not very professional, lol. I like taking pictures of my pets as well as anything natural.

If you have a self-timer and a tripod, then get to it!

Or shoot the pooch. Point is, think about what you're doing, give it a go and then look at the results. Figure out what works and why. Analyze what fails and why. Focus on the former. Avoid tha latter!

I think you have a great subject to start practicing with... the subject is of coarse you.
Just go with the style you like the most and I am sure it will be great.

Great Job on the composure. Keep it up. We'd like to see more! You may have "gotten lucky" on the shot, but you saw that what you had taken was attractive which means, you do indeed have the eye. Analyize why you like it. Keep at it! Welcome to the forum...

I actually opened the pic before reading your post. I really like the pic and I was going to complimemnt you on a great job with a beautiful model, but what do you know, the model is you! I've seen like two or three pictures of you and I like the one where you are wearing that hat and "ahem" are getting assisted by an anonymous hand. I don't like the effect on your eyes in this photo, makes you seem jaundiced. :(
