That's a wonderful shot, Marie, and you picked a very pretty subject. She sure seems deep in though about whatever it is she's eating.

Do you use a polarizer? You seem to have gotten past the window reflection very successfully.

Great work!!

thanks a lot Tom

I don't use any polarizer on the pro1

I held myself..I mean the camera http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_redface.gif up against the glass
http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif
that nearly always does the job with reflections and their not going ' too funny'

and I like to see something of what's going on behind me reflected in the glass
so after I see if everything is ok with the subject which I am trying to photograph
I try to catch something decent reflected.. from behind

thank you Charles, Stan, Sandy( I looked at what you showed .. thankshttp://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/tongue3.gif http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif )
Mills, Froman98, Lonnie.... Pitbull ( point (ears pierced etc) pun ) http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif

and Jim
that is most out of place I agree completely
it's amazing how the small things stick out
and when I saw that I saw red (well , a pinky shade of red ) too http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif
it's not that small . it sticks out
hopefully it has to be finished yet and painted up
(like 'Ruby' in the song 'don't take your guns to town'
kenny rodgers sings it)

I will keep you posted when I go there again
it's the same town as where the archman was photographed
( and taken the same day)

thanks a lot all for the enjoyable comments
