What do you think of this shot and how could I make it better?

Nice movement for one. I really like the framing here. Plays with your eyes. The next thing i really like is how the pattern of the smoke, even though its sharp and in-focus, still blends with and plays with the OOF/DOF-Blurred background.

If ALPHACHICKEN is leaving negative comments to other people, you're going to have to wait a little longer... I'm digging this photo! What was your inspiration for this one... or was it one of those, "Hey look! I gotta get a picture of that!" moments? ;)

I like this also! Very natural feeling...makes me wish I were outside, camping, sipping coffee and waiting for that pan to finish cooking.

Hrrrmmm :confused: that came out wrong. What I meant is that I really liked this, and not wanting to spoil that for the OP, I was going to let others leave neg. comments if needed. :p Someone needs a grammar lesson...
