I like locks and no trespassing signs . . . not that they have a great effect upon me. But I think they make great statements as photographic subjects. You just have to ask, "What is in there." This one with a hand slit besides makes it all the more interesting to me. What do they keep in there, lol, perhaps I will tell you guys someday.

Really nice shot, I love the textures in the wood. Say did you stick your hand in the slot? :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Cool picture. My grandmother tells a story about her sister chopping off a finger of someone who was trying to break into their house using the hand slot. I wouldn't stick my hand in either.

I have seen too many late night shows . . . to test my luck that 'monsters' do/don't exist. I think hand slots are creepy . . . spookey and just in poor taste. LOL, but they make nice pirctues.
