Someone should make asticky on how to make them, it would be very useful.

I agree with Michaelmjc. I would very much like to learn the tips and tricks of making borders and mats. Are they accomplished in PS or some other software??

Michaelmjc and gmaize, check Glenn Mitchell's website. He has some tutorials for frames on PS. I don't have the URL right now, but you can probably search the post processing forum as he posts there.

The framing tool I use is a plugin called Flexible Frames from www.shuttlefreaks.com . It is for both PS and Ps Elements. Very easy to use and available at a reasonable cost. Reigh
