Im not trying to convince u or myself of the products...Im simply playing devils advocate.

Certainly supplemets are important depending on the workout routine. I dont plan on going light like I have in the past. Also important because it would be very difficult to eat as many grams of proteins n carbs as I would need to reach my goals.

Calories are needed to fuel the body without it turning to the mucsles to fuel itself. Thats where my first mistake was at years ago. It was very counter-productive and frustrating.

If I one supp. offers 630 calories for 50g of protein and another has 110 for 20g of protein...and Im wanting to stay away from really bulking up...the 110/20g is the way to go. If that product happens to be the more expensive brand then really have no choice but to go for it.

Then again, if one knows what to look for they could always find better deals. Thats all I was trying to do.:D

We had a blast, he must have run up and down the same hill 100 times. We then walked to the veterans memoral (unveiling is Nov. 11th, I'll be there) and walked back, ate some leaves and had more fun. His word for the falling leaves " Wwwooooowwwww"

yeah i did. Getting the fake scars on his face was funny...I would tell him not to scrunch up his face but as soon as he felt it hed tighten his lips...literally told the kids a dozen times...each time he was looking at me square in the eyes.lol

There really isn't any Halloween to speak of here. We live in a gated community. There are no children in our neighborhood, and half the houses are unoccupied (being second/vacation homes).

We turn off the porch light, and watch TV.

We always passed out candy when we lived in more traditional residential neighborhoods.

Okay, so we found Donut Plant in NYC, and yes I ate a donut, and it was very very good.

Donuts have played a very big role in my wife's and my history. Whenever we had serious problems, we'd go to the donut shop and work things out....often in the middle of the night.

Nutritionally, of course, they are a disaster. We actually lived in our current home almost 8 years before we realized there was a donut shop tucked away in a small shopping center near us. Neither one of us had spotted it. We became aware of it a couple months ago, and we started buying donuts (for old time's sake). They are really good donuts, and the first couple weeks after we discovered the place, we were eating them like there was no tomorrow. Then, we started thinking about what goes into them, and agreed that maybe we should slow down a little or there would in fact be no tomorrow.

I'm back on the donut wagon now, and have decided I'm much better off without them. If anyone ever comes out with a donut that's zero calories, zero carbs, zero fat, zero everything, I'd have them for three meals a day, but sadly, they're probably the worst food (nutritionally) in the world. I always wondered why so many good donut shops are run by skinny Asians.

GAG! That just made my stomach ache.

Ive learned the hard way, grease and a sugar chaser is a BIG NO NO for me. I dont like sitting for that long while getting dehydrated at the same time that often:))

Tommy, she's a girl...umm 12 I think....sorry, I thought people knew about her because i talk about her a lot. She makes some really good video's with crap stuff.

I along with a few other people purchased her a flip video to help her on her way. And some software also!
