I got mine for $499.00 with a 10% discount = $449.00 and on a "tax holiday." I picked up an 8 gig SD card for $34 to use with it. I also plan to buy a spare battery :-) Best Buy is "hurting" for sales and I caught them on a day when they had deals cooking to draw in customers.

According to specs...I can get 400 to 1000 photos depending on the amount of LCD use.

Just a quickie of one of my emu famiies from the other day. I was driving and saw them so zipped back to the house, grabbed a camera and ran down the street in the direction they were headed. It wasn't pretty, I'm sure. They were off on a mission so wouldn't stand still or let me get in front of them so that was frustrating, but I loved seeing how much the babies have grown lately! Their markings are fading out and soon they'll be all grown up :(

He works out at the gym with us, and we did some lunges the other day, and I serious could hardly move. So now I so lunges with weights every other day. I need to not be sore anymore when I do them, Derrick is a beast at workout!

Ive gotten in the mindset of finding foods that may have too many calories, fat etc etc to be offsetting. A snickers doesnt even sound good to me at this point. thats how i know im ready to do this properly.

Derrick played for the Colts, was from Warren, had an injury and was done, he now lives in warren and does a ton of stuff for the community, one thing is called inspiring minds

omg What a totally insane week here. I can't seem to get on top of it, but mostly I'm not complaining as it means I'm busy and I'm getting some good photo shoots/weddings confirmed.

I'm not sure, there are many ways we can do this move thing...so, we will see. We've not had a lot of people even look, but in 60% unoccupied homes...the odds are not good.

renting is an option, we have two sets of people that want to rent, I just really did not want the headache of renting. So, we will see...

I'd really like to just get the move over with instead of dreading it and moving for the next month or two...

Jim paints the inside this week! next is flooring and basement (ewwww) He's actually moving some stuff down there this weekend.

Ah yes, but liquor still has calories in it as well. And calories can turn into carbs/fat if taken to the extreme...so it's a double edge sword. The only reason I know this is cause the Navy beats Alcohol awarness into our heads and yet we still have some people that do not listen.

I used to. and a Barbie, a horse, Barbies pink corvette and right before I grew up (age 11) I had Barbies little sister or cousin or somebody....then, I gave them all away because I was too old (age 11) to play with them.

besides shooting for family...and even then it was just a few shots and i was done....nope...none.

Oh Jeez! I got busy processing all my snapshots from today and missed all the conversation!

I have found my love........taking snapshots! I had a blast and no pressure! I'm doing it again tomorrow!

My mom still has all my Barbies, and my sisters Barbies, which were the originals! I used to like to swap heads with the barbies, Kens and the little sisters or whoever they were, made some real interesting, quite funny looking dolls!

Adam, the water shot is very nice! I really need to try some night shots, I am no good at them and need to practice.
They are simple enough to do. I took that obe with no flash at all. But It would have been better if I wasn't in such a hurry. But you should try and see how they go.

Good morning! Man am I glad to be feeling better! I hate being sick, it is no fun. That and it took me all morning just to get caught up in here :D between calorie concious drinkers, slinky picutures of kneecaps and whatnot, I'm finally all caught up! it's another glorious day in paradise!!

the only good thing is that I remember my friend telling me that if you go a long period of time (a few years) without a cold/cough etc. You need to have your immune system checked because it's actually healthy to have a virus thing once in a while.

I can get paint on a floor even with a drop cloth...
