Macro photography with a Canon G3

A couple of years ago on this site there was a link to a guys website offering excellent tips for macro photography using a Canon G3. His name ended in a "..sky" and that's about all I can remember.

His photos were probably the best macro shots I've ever seen.

Does anyone know who I am talking about and does anyone have the link to his webpage please?
