How would i go about doing this for picture sharing?

You could sign up for a free online photo hosting site, such as Flickr or Photobucket (I like Photobucket).

You can also attach pictures directly into a post, but they have to fulfill size requirements, which reduces the quality quite a bit. I recommend Photobucket.
