I think it's a bit dull. It doesn't say anything much I think.

The only part in focus (and thus is the center of attention) is way off to the left, and is very narrow. The rest of the picture is out of focus, and has a rather random constellation of lines.

I would expect such a picture either to be a real abstract (which it is not) with a compelling composition (which it has not), or to say / evoke something about fishing (but I can't really see what that would be).

Wouldn't keep it. Sorry.
