I heard that Nikon D90 has pop flash acts as commander so that it could trigger the external flash.
Is there any Canon Camera which has the similar feature?

I don't believe so. I think this would be a nice feature, but Canon does not agree with that it seems.

No. Nikon has had this for a few years. The closest thing Canon has is master command with the 550EX and 580EX flashes and the ST-E2. All are extras that you need to buy.
What I wish Canon would come out with is an Off-Camera TTL Cord with AF assist, kind of like Nikon SC-29. I've used the ST-E2 with a 580EXII in manual mounted on a Stroboframe to get the same affect, but it would nicer to have it as a cord and be able to leave the flash in auto mode. Maybe I just need to play around with it some more. Luckily, I don't often find myself in extreme low light to were the camera can't focus and I'm using off-camera flash.
