Great portrait. Lighting is perfect.

Hard to tell from the picture here but it looks like the focus is on the side of the model's head (the ear) instead of on the eyes, which looks a bit odd (focus = center of attention).

There is also too much clutter at the top - I would crop out the top part.

The ligher patch (a window?) behind the hair is a nice touch, otherwise the detail would have been lost there.
