Well, I went out to Mallala today to have a look at the track and also to view first hand this sport of Truck Racing. What can I say but BLOODY Brilliant. These things are just awsome to watch.

It got a little interesting at one stage when one of these monsters thought he was a drifter and was doing the sideways shuffle, needless to say we were backing off just in case.... :)

Enough drivvel here are some shots of the brutes:

I think number 3 wins it for me. Not my favorite truck but i think the side shot, and the shudder blur gives it a feeling of the speed. the last one would be killer if the truck was sharp. Keep up the good work.

Nice shots, I like the first one. The smoke from the exhaust and the wheel cut, you captured it perfectly. On the last one, I also like to get a little 'artsy' with a lot of motion blurr, but I think something it the image should be sharp, maybe in this image the 'Direct' on the hood. ? I have done something like that by changing the focus to a single 'dot' in the viewfinder where I want the image to be sharp.

BTW I drive a semi truck here in the States.
