Probably the best football game Ive seen all year.

Im using Lightroom for these and am trying to decide if I like it better than my old methods.

Great jump catch on #7... with face on defender #54.. too bad #2 was there.

I like the bokeh 14-14 scoreboard in #6. Good framing and timing on the reaching tackle attempt... looks like lots of running room in front of him.

Nice faces, focus, background, and action in #5.

Great capture but even better framing/cropping. They all have a felling of continuing movement in them. Well done.

#2...That is one ugly football!!

#6...Someone will surely say, "you need to..." but I like it! It tells the whole story...did he score?

Thanks. I thought about cropping out the scoreboard to keep it tight but then its just some backs of players and it doesnt really mean anything. I decided to leave it in there and let it be wide so that the picture could tell more of a story. I wish I could say I planned it that way but Im still a noob in the grand scheme of things and just ended up getting that one right by accident.

very nice pictures adam. looks like nice lighting.

1/640~1/500, f/2.8, 3200 ISO. Its not necessarily bas for HS football. Ill take it ;) Theres one local field thats 1/200, f/2.8, 6400 ISO ... I dont know how people even play in that horrible light.

Yeah. Male High School has some odd colored footballs. I dont know why but I guess they like it that way.
No; He didnt score, but he did run for about 45 yards.

I really like the way they came out...The darkness gives realism to the image..
