More HS Football

This was my second time shooting HS football. It's not easy! I'd appreciate you guys critiquing my stuff.

I was using the 1D3 + 300 2.8 + speedlight (M, 1/4 power, 105mm, gelled green) mounted below the lens on the monopod. For close action the camera ISO was @ 1600 and as the ball got further away I increased up to 3200.

Question - why gel the flash? You not trying to combine ambient with flash. I would reduce ambine tby shooting at lower ISO when using flash.
