Marie,
Too bad, I think she is a pro model and it was so crowed that I don't even have a chance to talk to her.

Grif:
Well I am not sold on this shot -- but remember that I have very little experience in this area.
1: I think that the B & W is strong and good. The grey level seems set by the suit and the black by the hair and eyes.
2: I find that the upward stare of the eyes leaves me cold. I wonder what the girl is looking at, and I am excluded, and this look is a sort of blank gaze that does not seem to carry any warmth or emotion -- although it is somewhat private, crisp and classy.
3: I am caution about the angle of the shot. The nostrels draw a lot of attention. But that this is a risky business. I would have preferred another angle.
On close, while this is a nicely exposed shot, it (IMHO) just adds to my conviction that your recent image of the lady at prayer room, is overall, several orders of magnitude more emotive and special.
Sorry Griff, that is the way I see this one.

It is perfectly alright, Howie. Thanks for your words. Receiving criticism is all I wanted. Or I should have posted some where else.
Here is the back-story of why all these happened:
It was a very clear Sunday noon with the sun shined very brightly and the wind was not gentle. There were actually over 10 people behind me taking this model. You can imagine how cramped it could have been. :( I did not have much choices with the backgound and angle.
Since I was in the front "line", I had to knee ( just like as if you were asking the girl to marry you :) ) for over 20 minutes. There was a person holding a reflecting surface on my right so the subject is brighter than the background. This is good since this made the subject stands out without adding contrast in post processing work.
I am taking this with Canon EOS D30 with EF20-35mm f/2.8 L @35mm f/2.8 plus Kenko 1.4x teleconvertor. Flash EF500S with Omnibounce is used but since it is so close the shadow are still "hard".
Will post another one from that day later on.

First glance I thought someone was hitting her. Took some time before the whole piture was loaded. This shot doesn't serve her right. It's more a momentum of a shot you were able to take from a famous model, it's not a portrait.
Well, at least we can say that:
- she doesn't use coke
- your other shots are a lot better
