I see that on page 85 of eDigitalPhoto, in the March/April edition, there is a nice lead to this site. Perhaps that is why the site is getting so busy in the evening. Good to see POTN in print as well as 'digital.' Being the new guy on the block . . . I think it fitting to thank the Admin and Mods for the nice place they have created and maintained. I appreciate your idea and work, the value you add to the product, the teaching and instruction you provide a platform for.

You run a good ship, one that many can be proud to call home. Thank You Pekka, Staff, and members.

Well said RJ.

I can only wholeheartedly agree...

I'm on POTN since July 2003 and posted nearly 1000 times (Far away from CDS, but ...)

I've never ever participated as long on anything in the internet (and I'm using the internet since 1990)

Thanks everyone

I got on the 'Net in 1994 and one of the first places I discovered was the ISCABBS (Iowa Student Computer Association BBS -- an FTP site). I still check in there a few times a week, but I don't think I've posted nearly as many messages there as I have here in the past two years. This is one of my favorite places to hang out now... :)

And a good way to thank Pekka is to click on the donation link in my signature

I think the Mods do an outstanding job of keeping this site up. In fact, I think they should have their salary increased by 20% :o

On second thought, take all of that money and invest in a spellchecker for CDS

Seriously, thanks folks.

Have Fun,

Good that POTN is getting busier. The more the marrier.

On behalf of the POTN staff: Thank you everyone for the kind comments. There are countless, long hours put into this forum by all of us into this forum. Our Admin, Pekka, undoubtedly has the most invested into our happy home. And, it could not be what it is without its members. This is a testament to the entire forum: Admin, staff and forum members. A collective pat on everyone's back

Pekka is the best,. not taking a thing away from that,.

...but it's the membership here that has allways been what keeps me here on late nights (...and during work hours at the risk of my job! )

Pekka was the pioneer,. who laid the foundations of this new world, and continues to maintain it's structure,. but it is the citizenship that makes this place what it is and gives it it's personality. The membership that makes it fun and informative.

Thanks to all for making this place so great.
You guys rock!
