Northern Producer has been in the river Tyne for over a year now.
but over the last 4 months it has been converted to a pumping station for the Don field in the North Sea by Mcnulty Offshore Construction and now it has gone so have 99% of the men that help convert her myself included.
it was a nice day for here to leave but the sun was in and out of the clouds most of the time.

What a mighty construction and story behind. I hope that you who worked with this will find as interesting task soon.

With such a number of details, would be nice to see some of these a bit larger (up to 1024 px wide) posts.

Thanks for sharing.

Nice shots, particularly no.4, against the lighthouse is a good scale to how big the rig is.

I've watched acouple of jobs leave McNulties over the years (it's always a bit sad as it comes with the recognition that your job is sailing with it).
