Was away on holiday last week, in North Norfolk, UK, and the skies were amazingly dark. Never seen the Milky Way so clear, and with binoculars I could even see the dark lanes in the arms of M31.

Took a couple of 12-minute trails photos at 10mm and stacked them together in Adobe Photoshop. Massive hot-pixel problem, so reduced the image size to hide them as best I could.

I also took this picture...looks just like a Lunar Landscape I think.

Thanks for the comments.

The second picture is a close-up of part of a beach. There were some slight muddy bits on the sand which had bubbled, and it looked like moon-craters. All I did to the photo was convert it to black and white and adjust the Midtone Contrast. :)

Thanks for clarifying that ;) , i knew the moon didn't have that smooth of crator walls . They all are jagged ;) .
