Pregnancy Week by Week posing?

My wife is just getting into the 2nd trimester and I'd like to start doing a series of shots that I can eventually meld into a time-lapse video. I have some ideas about how to keep everything consistent week-to-week, but the biggest problem is that I have no idea how to pose her. Any suggestions? I'd like her to be standing in front of a plain background.

sideways would be my suggestion (profile) with her arms at her side and looking at you

I just finished my second pregnancy (baby is 10 weeks old now) and personally would have been pretty uncomfortable having shots taken of me week by week because of stretch marks and general swelling - it wasn't pretty :oops:

If I was to do what you are trying to do I'd probably try silhouette lighting (light the background and not the subject) or do lighted subject shots fully clothed.
