OK so I lied to Sheldon. I snuck back to chase the owls today. Damn, they are worse than drugs.
Caught this guy flying low accross a feild. Strong sun reflecting off the snow and his back gave him an interesting look. Mother Natures fill flash:):):):)

you didn't have to put that watermark on the image to know it's yours :D.

Perhaps you should publish a photo book with all of your "south end of northbound" critters. You've certainly found your niche! :)
Seriously, though, I really like the way the owl just pops off of the background in this image.

Nice pic. The lighting does make that bird pop.

All of these owl shots you guys are taking are so damn good that I don't think I will ever get tired of seeing them!
