How to delete ZbThumbnail.info

I am trying to delete a folder. Cannot delete ZbThumbnail.info is being used by another program. Zoombrowse isn't open. Can someone tell me how to get rid of ZbThumbnail.info

Have you tried this after a clean boot. I've found that this sometimes helps. You could also check the attributes of the file and change it if needed.

I've seen that before. I do a clean boot, and then no program can be trying to use any Zoombrowser info files. Then I delete them.

I got it a few month ago and got rid from it only after cleaning my computer. now I got it again :confused: ......
