Photography Education Question! Help!

I was wondering if anyone can recommend an online digital photography course that isn't outrageously out priced. For a beginner but not a super beginner.. Looking to learn more about exposure, lighting, composure etc and how to take better pictures. Have any of you taken an online course? If so what one? Any suggestions? Thank you!
