My great niece (or grand niece if you prefer!), aged four months.

Any guidance on the post-processing? I can't see how to do more with the highlights without darkening her face too much!

She's a cutie and your focus is right on. :) Unfortunately her head is blown on the top on both sides. Looks like it was a bit of a tough lighting situation. Not much you can do to fix it in PP unless you shot RAW and have some extra data there... or you could bring up the brightness on the rest of her face and convert to B&W. That might minimize it a bit more.
